As our instructors are very busy please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled lesson if you need to postpone or cancel your booked appointment. A 100% Cancellation fee may apply otherwise. Please don’t ask for a refund on your voucher or prepaid lessons as refusal often offends.
